The Influence of Some Romanian Interest Groups Upon the Activity of Government and Parliament

The paper focuses on two specific interest groups, NGOs and trade unions, and on their influence upon the government and parliament.Our paper is based on an analyze of the activity of several interest groups during the period 2002-2004 and on the voopoo v.thru pro replacement pods results of several researches and reports published on the last years.The analyze identifies petitioning for rule maldng, public meetings and debates, monitoring the activity of the public institutions and participating in advisory or boneflesh d2 regulatory committees as being the most common used mechanisms to influence the government and the Parliament in Romania.

Also, the analyze shows that administrative procedures affect the degree of bureaucratic autonomy.Overall, the results of this brief research show some pluralist forms of the interaction between the interest groups and the public institutions.
